Mark Robertson is an Oklahoma City attorney and partner in the offices of Robertson and Williams. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, trusts, and estates. Other areas of practice are securities, franchising, corporate financing, and nonprofit and charitable organizations.
Mr. Robertson received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where he serves on the American Bar Association audit committee for the Board of Governors and executive committee for the Law Practice Management Division and is the former chairman of that division. He also serves as a representative in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association for the Law Practice Management Division.
Mr. Robertson is active in the Oklahoma City community, serving on various boards such as the Metropolitan Library Endowment Trust, and Lyric Theatre. Mr. Robertson is the author of four books on alternative billing for lawyers. He is married to Susan Robertson, and they have two children.
