Mark Robertson

Mark Robertson is an Oklahoma City attorney and partner in the offices of Robertson and Williams. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, trusts, and estates. Other areas of practice are securities, franchising, corporate financing, and nonprofit and charitable organizations.

Mr. Robertson received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where he serves on the Editorial Board and the Publishing Board for the Law Practice Management Section and is the former chairman of that section. He also serves as a representative in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association for the Law Practice Management Section.

Mr. Robertson is active in the Oklahoma City community, serving on various boards such as Creative Oklahoma and Lyric Theater. In 2008, Mr. Robertson co-authored the book Winning Alternatives to the Billable Hour: Strategies that Work, 3rd Edition with James A. Calloway. He is married to Susan Robertson, and they have two children.
