SENIOR PROGRAM OFFICER
Chris Sitz serves as the senior program officer for the Kirkpatrick Foundation. A native Oklahoman, Mrs. Sitz earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and has worked in the non-profit sector for thirty years. She began her career in Duncan, Oklahoma, in 1990 and served as director of the conventions and theater facilities of the Simmons Center and later as its executive director. Mrs. Sitz then led the American Quarter Horse Foundation and its grantmaking and fundraising programs for almost a decade. Most recently, Mrs. Sitz served as senior director of development for the Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences, providing support for the veterinary community and the animals for which it cares.
She and her husband Dayton have two daughters, Carmen and Claire, three horses, and an Australian Shepherd named Sage.
