EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Kelley Barnes was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Since 1997, she has worked for charitable organizations to build programs, community engagement, government relations, and development. For nearly a decade, she was the Vice President of Community Engagement at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation where she oversaw $80 million in annual grant distributions. Currently, Kelley serves as the executive director of the Kirkpatrick Foundation supporting arts, culture, education, animal wellbeing, environmental conservation, and historic preservation, primarily in central Oklahoma. Kelley is on the board of OKCRep, Patrons of OCK Animal Welfare, and serves on the community MAPS4 Venues Committee. She enjoys frequent trips to Sante Fe, New Mexico, where she lived for ten years working as the Director of Advancement and Administration for the National Dance Institute of New Mexico.
